Public Meetings
Two public meetings were held by the City of Charlottetown to get community input into the Canada Land Company’s concept plan for developing the Upton Farmlands. The meetings were held April 6, 2006 and June 15, 2006 at the West Royalty Community Centre. The reaction of the community to the concept plan was overwhelmingly negative. […]
